Job Opening for Finance and Marketing Analyst

Due to rapid expansion, Workforce Software is adding multiple positions, including a Finance & Marketing Analyst. This position is located at our headquarters in Livonia, MI. Applicants must be able to commute to Livonia.

Workforce Software develops and implements web-based, enterprise application software for workforce management, which includes time & attendance, employee self-service and scheduling. Our system is used by larger organizations and is one of the industry-leading workforce management solutions.

Job Duties & Description

- Improve accounting and finance procedures

- Perform market and industry research

- Perform return on investment (ROI) studies

- Develop sales/marketing collateral

- Assist in financial forecasting and modeling

- Assist executive team in special projects

- Reports to CEO

Minimum required skills

- Strong experience in accounting and GAAP

- Strong skills in financial modeling and spreadsheets

- MBA with a concentration in accounting or finance

Desired skills

- 2-4 years job experience working in accounting, finance, marketing, and/or strategy
