Badge readers

WorkForce Software offers one-stop shopping for comprehensive time and attendance management software and sophisticated data collection solutions via traditional wall mounted badge readers. We offer magnetic stripe, bar-code, and HID and Wiegand Proximity readers. You can deploy these badge readers in either an online mode, where they are connected to your network, or the transactions can be stored off-line when the server or network is down. Badge readers can conveniently record time and attendance with a simple swipe of the badge.

Biometric

WorkForce Software offers biometric readers for time and attendance management. Biometric readers eliminate the age-old problem of employees buddy-punching for each other. The WorkForce Software WebClock is part of the Employee Self Service features in the WorkForce Software suite. This time and attendance management system automatically stamps the time from the server (adjusted for each time zone). Our employee time clock software is a great way to eliminate the expense of dedicated badge readers.

Web-based Timesheet Software

WorkForce Software has developed web-based timesheet software that enables employees, managers, or timekeepers to enter time tracking data directly through a web-based timesheet. A variety of screens are available depending on the desired input formats and collection requirements. All of the screens are fully customizable so that your appropriate columns, validation messages, and calculations are handled.

Since this timesheet software works directly through your web-browser, there is no additional cost to using this option. Furthermore, there is no need to install timesheet software in order to use this option, enabling very easy distribution of this data collection method to large numbers of users directly at their desktop computers.
