Get to know Lindsay

We are honored to have Coach Lindsay Gottlieb, head coach of the USC Trojans women's basketball team, be a part of HR Connect Cleveland. With an impressive record of 268-154 in her 13 seasons as a collegiate head coach, she has navigated her way to a legacy far beyond most in this industry and has cemented herself as a winner in all aspects of competition. Her resume includes many journeys through the NCAA Women’s tournament, with a trip to the final four during her time with the Cal Golden Bear women’s team and, more recently, an impressive 21-win campaign with the Trojans over the course of the 2023 season. Prior to her role with USC, Coach Gottlieb was the first-ever NCAA women’s head coach to be hired by an NBA team, the Cleveland Cavaliers. She was admired by players at every level, as her style of coaching led to success for those who followed her- inspiring her players to challenge themselves and realize their full potential.
