AI is changing how organizations work, but implementing new technology effectively requires more than identifying what’s possible. Leaders also need to consider their people, determine where AI can create practical value and find ways to turn promising ideas into business outcomes.

That’s the focus of ADP’s fourth annual Insights in Action virtual summit. This complimentary event brings HR and business leaders together for conversations spanning four connected themes: People → Practice → Possibility → Proof.

Here’s what you can expect from this year’s event.

People: Build stronger connections

The journey begins with people and the human connections that shape the workplace.

What brings people together at work

One of our 2026 featured speakers will explore why employees may feel disconnected from their colleagues, managers and organizations despite having more ways to interact than ever.

The conversation will look at how leaders can build trust and forge stronger relationships at work, while highlighting the role connection plays in belonging, collaboration, retention, innovation and performance.

Practice: Put AI to work

The event then turns to the practical realities of putting AI and automation to work, from use cases to analytics to compliance.

Putting AI to work for growing businesses

This session will explore how small and midsized businesses are using AI to save time, simplify work and support growth. The session will explore applications such as reducing repetitive tasks, simplifying payroll and HR and making better use of workforce data, while giving employees more time to focus on customers and growth.

What gets easier when your workforce data works together

This session, aimed at enterprise organizations, will examine the challenge of making sense of workforce information across systems, countries and teams. The session will explore how organizations are bringing workforce data together, using AI to uncover insights and supporting more confident decision-making while navigating global operations and changing compliance requirements.

Together, these sessions will offer perspectives from organizations of different sizes on the practical work of using AI to produce measurable results.
