VISION25: UNTETHERED, the premier workforce management event of the year, kicked off today at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona, to a hyped crowd of leaders ready to make the most of this conference!

This year’s theme, UNTETHERED, is focused on being open to the limitless possibilities for workforce management to shape the future of work. Encouraging attendees to think differently, embrace what’s possible, and reimagine the way work can be improved when we become untethered from traditional thinking.

We started VISION25 by hearing an inspiring message from our keynote speaker, Ben Nemtin, and celebrated the impressive achievements of our amazing customers and partners!

Impossible to Possible

Ben Nemtin, co-founder of The Buried Life movement, explored achieving personal and professional goals through a shift in mindset. His remarkable achievements—from creating a hit MTV show, playing basketball with President Obama, becoming a #1 New York Times bestselling author, to sharing beers with Prince Harry—weren’t a matter of luck. They were the result of a repeatable system, a blueprint for success that anyone can master. Sharing his journey of completing seemingly insurmountable dreams, he demonstrated to attendees that purpose is the fuel that ignites the impossible.

Ben challenged attendees to achieve their “impossible” goals by finding what success looks like and staying consistent with their steps forward through roadblocks and moments of victory.

Celebrating Our Customers

We were pleased to recognize the winners of our inaugural WorkForce Software Customer Awards during the opening session of VISION25: UNTETHERED. These awards are a chance for us to celebrate customers’ excellence in workforce management across our global community.

Mastering Complexity Award: Dovida (formerly Home Instead Australia) was celebrated for successfully managing complex workforce environments, multi-country workforces, and intricate and unique operational challenges with innovative workforce management solutions.

Innovation in Workforce Management Award: A global leader in automotive safety systems that supplies critical components to major vehicle manufacturers worldwide was honored for their strong focus on innovation, compliance, and operational excellence, as they play a pivotal role in shaping safer mobility across the globe.

Community Builder Award: Dole Fresh Vegetables and Castle & Cooke were selected for their commitment to fostering greater collaboration, advocacy, and knowledge-sharing within the WorkForce Software community through user groups, events, and engagement efforts—showcasing their commitment to growing and redefining workforce management for global employers.

Value Optimization Achievement Award: A global leader in healthcare and life sciences that delivers innovative therapies reaching millions of patients around the world, received this award. With a strong commitment to operational excellence and strategic value delivery, they continuously optimize their workforce practices to support better health outcomes at scale.

Recognizing Our Partners

Our WorkForce Software Partner Excellence Awards were also announced during the opening reception. These awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of our partners while emphasizing the highest levels of excellence.

The Global System Integrator Partner of the Year was bestowed to HR Path for their commitment to quality, efficiency, and client success through the delivery of on-time and on-budget projects.

The Regional System Integrator Partner of the Year was presented to The Hackett Group for their role in advancing the adoption of WorkForce Software solutions and positively impacting growth in their local market.

The Channel Partner of the Year was awarded to SAP for their exceptional contributions in driving sales, fostering a strategic alliance, and amplifying the reach and impact of our software solutions through an effective channel partnership.
