Mike Morini

Mike Morini

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Morini’s approach to driving company growth is centered on employees, customers, and the broader community of partners and analysts. Mike is a 30-year software veteran experienced in growing and scaling enterprise software companies. With an extensive background building out global cloud-based platforms, he has helped shape and guide multiple fast-growth companies in the cloud arena. Before joining WorkForce Software, Mike was previously in CEO and COO positions at SAP, Aria Systems, OutlookSoft, InterWorld, and Verbind. Mike holds a BA from Colgate University.
Jeff Moses

Jeff Moses

Chief Revenue Officer

Jeff Moses leads global sales and channel sales. During his time at SAP, he was integral to the creation and evolution of their cloud business as part of their original Cloud GTM team and later as a senior executive running the Americas for their Customer Experience line of business. Jeff has over 20 years of experience and has held numerous global leadership roles managing $100M+ P&L’s, always with a focus on the partnership between vendor and customer, believing that strong partnerships create lasting business relationships. Jeff holds a BBA from the University of Delaware and is based in Belle Mead, New Jersey with his wife, Sandy, and their four children.

Bill Razzino

Chief Financial Officer

Bill Razzino brings strategic global leadership from over 20 years of experience with the Big 4 and prior experience in public, privately held and PE-backed companies providing leadership to support growth and innovation. In his role as Chief Financial Officer at WorkForce Software, Bill oversees all global finance and accounting, as well as information technology and legal functions. Most recently, Bill served as CFO and COO at SPINS, a SaaS data technology company. Bill is a CPA and holds a degree from DePaul University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Sandra Moran

Sandra Moran has more than 25 years of experience enabling global software and technology companies to strengthen their brand and accelerate revenue growth through a customer-centric approach. Having held leadership roles in marketing, sales, new business, and product management, Sandra has built and led high-performing global cross-functional teams to support the identification and delivery of sustainable business growth. Before joining WorkForce Software, Sandra served as the CMO at LLamasoft and INTTRA and has held global leadership roles at OpenText and Hyperion. Sandra earned a bachelor’s degree in business analytics and research from Texas A&M University.
Nicole Neumarker

Nicole Neumarker has over 20 years enterprise software experience setting strategic direction, leading people, and ensuring results across business, operations, technology, and finance functions. In her role as Chief Technology Officer at WorkForce Software, she will oversee the product strategy and delivery of solutions directing the Product Development, Product Management and Cloud Services teams. Together, these groups design, develop and deliver industry-leading products to meet the requirements of global customers, as well as ensure the high quality, scalable and secure cloud SaaS software delivery platform for WorkForce Software and its customers. Prior to WorkForce Software, Nicole was the Executive Vice President of Development and Innovation at Cotiviti. Nicole holds a degree from Brigham Young University and is an active female leader in STEM programs.

Leslie Tarnacki, GPHR

Leslie Tarnacki, GPHR

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Leslie Tarnacki brings more than 22+ years of executive level HR experience to her role at WorkForce Software. In this position, Leslie is responsible for all global HR functions, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and succession planning. She also partners with the leadership team on employee engagement strategies and sustaining a high performance culture. Prior to joining WorkForce Software, Leslie led HR teams for companies such as New World Systems (now Tyler Technologies), Dorado Software, AiMetrix and Frontier Communications (now CenturyLink). Leslie is SHRM-SCP accredited and holds a BA from the University of Michigan.
