To kick off 2021, WorkForce CEO Mike Morini shared his New Years resolutions: maintaining balance between work, family and health.
“The pandemic has forced us to reevaluate our priorities,” he said. “Being a successful CEO will remain a top priority, but I have learned that I am a better leader when I am giving the same amount of energy to every part of my life and making sure every moment counts.”
It’s a message that everyone can take to heart as they set goals for the year ahead.
