Nicole Neumarker has over 20 years of enterprise software experience setting strategic direction, leading people, and ensuring results across business, operations, technology, and finance functions. As Chief Technology Officer at WorkForce Software, she oversees the product strategy and delivery of solutions, directing the Product Development, Product Management, and Cloud Services teams. Together, these groups design, develop, and deliver industry-leading products to meet global customers’ requirements and ensure a high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud SaaS software delivery platform for WorkForce Software and its customers. Before WorkForce Software, Nicole was the Executive Vice President of Development and Innovation at Cotiviti. Nicole holds a degree from Brigham Young University and is an active female leader in STEM programs.

Todd Asevedo is an SAP leader in Payroll, Time, and GTM efforts. He partners with customers, marketing, product management, account teams, and partners to provide thought leadership and best practices for achieving business results. Todd also leads GTM for HXM Move, a program to move on-premise customers to the cloud, and Public Sector and Regulated Industries GTM. With 30+ years of HR Tech experience and board service, including the International Human Resources Information Management Association and Society of Human Resources Management, Todd advises organizations on improving global workforce access to people’s information. As an HR Tech thought leader, he’s published articles and editorials in Workforce, Paytech, HR Executive, and IHRIM. Todd’s recent White Paper explores Intelligent Technologies’ impact on service delivery. Todd holds a pre-law degree from UC Santa Barbara.
