She remains a champion for deskless workers who are often overlooked in articles about work-from-home employees. Moran points out that not all employees can perform their work from home – in fact, 80% of the global workforce are deskless and do not work from home. She also gives her perspective on company culture and the challenges posed by remote work.
“How do you build culture when people are never together,” asks Moran. But, she adds, “the idea we could all be in offices at one time is impractical at this time.”
